  • When is my package going to arrive?
    All domestic packages are shipped with tracking through USPS First Class. With USPS First Class there is no guarantee of when your package will get to you. Due to the pandemic, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances, there are often delays for packages. If you have any questions regarding the location of your package, please refer to your tracking number. Once your packages are handed over to USPS, we can only see the same information you can. If you need help locating your tracking number, we can resend you that information.
  • I selected 1-3 day Priority Shipping, why hasn't my ordered shipped in 1-3 days?
    Estimated shipping times do not include processing and handling times. It takes us a few days to process your order and get it prepared to ship. Once your order is handed over to the post office it should arrive to you within the 1-3 day window.
  • My package says delivered but it's not here?
    Often the USPS system may show your order as late, delivered, or in transit and it may not be completely accurate. If an order shows as delivered and you have note received it, please allow up to 7 business days for it to arrive. If the package still doesn't arrive, we will then open a case with USPS to check the location of your package.
  • I entered the wrong address on my order, what do I do?
    If you enter the wrong address on your order please contact us ASAP! If your order has not shipped yet we can edit your address. Unfortunately if the item has already shipped there isn't anything we can do. We do not re-ship or refund for incorrect addresses. It is up to the customer to enter a valid address when checking out.
  • I am an international customer, when is my package going to arrive?
    All international packages are shipped with tracking through USPS First Class International. With USPS First Class International orders, this service usually takes more than 1 month and can take up to 3 months to deliver your package. It is not unusual for your package to sit at a sorting facility with no updated tracking information for several weeks, so please be patient when waiting for your items. If you have any questions regarding the location of your package, please refer to your tracking number. Once your packages are handed over to USPS, we can only see the same information you can. If you need help locating your tracking number, we can resend you that information.
  • Am I able to return my order if I don't like it or if it doesn't fit?
    Unfortunately all sales are final. Unless the item is defective or broken we do not accept any returns or exchanges. In the event that the item is defective or broken please send us detailed photos of the damage and we will get it replaced.
